Trafford Rowing Club is a rowing club on the Bridgewater Canal, based at Walton Park Sports Centre, Raglan Road, Sale, Greater Manchester. The blade colours are black with a jade band; kit: black with a jade green stripe. Trafford RC is affiliated to the sports national governing body, British Rowing, is a Community Amateur Sports Club (CASC) and in February 2009 gained Clubmark accreditation.

Heywood Road

Heywood Road (known for sponsorship reasons as the Morson Stadium) is a multi-use rugby stadium in Sale, Greater Manchester, England, which has been the home ground of rugby union side Sale F.C. since 1905. It was the home ground of spin-off professional club Sale Sharks until they moved to Edgeley Park, Stockport, in 2003. Sale Sharks Women use the stadium as their primary home ground in Premiership Women's Rugby. From the 2016 season, it has also been home to Swinton Lions who play in RFL Championship. The move of Swinton to the ground meant that the General Safety Certificate had to be renewed. In September 2016, a report by Trafford Council to the Safety at Sports Grounds Sub-Committee recommended that Heywood Road's capacity be reduced from 5,678 to 3,387 for safety reasons. The stadium is sponsored by Morson Group.

Ashton-on-Mersey School is a secondary school and sixth form with academy status in Ashton upon Mersey, Greater Manchester, England. The school is an academy, part of The Dean Trust, which includes Broadoak School and Lord Derby Academy in Huyton. Ashton-on-Mersey School can serve up to 1,570 students aged 11 to 19, it used to have a lower amount (1421 as of the 2023-2024 Academic year), but now has more (1600 as of the 2025-2026 Academic year).
