The Pleasance
The Pleasance is a theatre, bar, sports and recreation complex in Edinburgh, Scotland, situated on a street of the same name. It is owned by the University of Edinburgh, and for nine months of the year it serves the Edinburgh University Students' Association as a societies centre, sports complex, student union bar and entertainment venue.
Every August, it is converted into one of the main venues for the Edinburgh Festival Fringe. The Pleasance Theatre Trust operate the venue during this time, and in this guise the complex is sometimes referred to as Pleasance Edinburgh to distinguish it from a sister venue, also called The Pleasance, that the trust opened in Islington in London in 1995.

The Boston Spa hoard is a Romano-British hoard of 172 coins in a ceramic vessel found near Boston Spa in 1848.
Hooton Roberts
Hooton Roberts is a village and civil parish situated in the Metropolitan Borough of Rotherham in South Yorkshire, England. Among several listed buildings in the village are the local church, dedicated to St John the Baptist, the rectory on Doncaster Road, and the Earl of Strafford public house (a former manor house).
Brocklesby Hall
Brocklesby Hall is a country house near to the village of Brocklesby in the West Lindsey district of Lincolnshire, England. The house is a Grade I listed building and the surrounding park is listed, also at Grade I, on the Register of Historic Parks and Gardens of Special Historic Interest in England.
Holy Trinity Church, Huddersfield
Holy Trinity Church is a Church of England parish church in the town of Huddersfield, West Yorkshire, England. It opened in 1819 and is a grade II* listed building. The church is situated just off Trinity Street, named after the church and forming part of the main A640 road from Huddersfield to Rochdale, and is just outside the town centre, in the suburb of Marsh. The parish forms part of the diocese of Leeds.
Buena Vista Cafe
The Buena Vista is a café in San Francisco, California, credited with introducing Irish coffee to the United States in 1952. The Buena Vista Café originally opened in 1916 when the first floor of a boardinghouse was converted into a saloon. The current owners also operate the Trident in Sausalito.
Battledykes
Battledykes is a Roman camp slightly to the north of Forfar, Scotland. According to Hector Boece, Pictish chiefs met at a castle by Forfar Loch to plan how to repel the Roman armies, who invaded several times between the 1st and 4th centuries AD. Eventually, the better equipped Romans prevailed, later to be displaced again by the Picts. The Romans established a Roman Camp at Battledykes, approximately three miles north of Forfar; this camp was assessed to have held 50,000 to 60,000 men. From Battledykes northward the Romans established a succession of camps including Stracathro, Raedykes and Normandykes.
Maisel Synagogue
The Maisel Synagogue (Czech: Maiselova synagoga) is a Jewish congregation and synagogue, located in the former Jewish quarter of Prague, in the Czech Republic. The synagogue was built at the end of the 16th century in the Gothic Revival style. Since then its appearance has changed several times. The synagogue belongs to the Jewish Community of Prague and is administered by the Jewish Museum in Prague as a part of its exhibitions.
Goodshaw
Goodshaw is a hamlet situated on the edge of the Pennine hills in England, located just north of the market town of Rawtenstall in Lancashire. To the south, it is adjacent to the village of Crawshawbooth, with Rawtenstall located further south. It is also a ward of Rossendale, where the population taken at the 2011 census was 4,033.
Pendle Water
Pendle Water is a minor river in Lancashire, England. Rising on Pendle Hill, Pendle Water cuts a deep valley between Barley Moor and Spence Hill, where it feeds into the reservoirs of Upper and Lower Ogden.
Upon exiting the lower reservoir, Pendle Water flows east through the villages of Barley and Roughlee before collecting Blacko Water, which drains the Admergill Valley at Water Meetings near Wheathead, one mile west of the village of Blacko. The river then flows south through Higherford and Barrowford, where it is joined by Colne Water. It collects Walverden Water as it passes the site of Nelson and Colne College. From this point onwards, the river flows west past the Lomeshaye Industrial Estate alongside the Leeds and Liverpool Canal towards its confluence with the River Calder in Reedley Hallows, northwest of Burnley.
Pendle Water once supplied water to the Burnley Water Treatment Works, which is situated on Wood End Lane.
National Football Academy (Singapore)
The National Football Academy, commonly referred to as NFA, was a football academy
in Singapore. It was established by the Football Association of Singapore (FAS) on 13 August 2000 with the aim of developing Singapore's most promising young footballers. Trainees were scouted through a systematic talent identification process before being given the chance to develop their skills under some of the best youth coaches in the country. With teams at every age level from Under-14 to Under-18, the NFA coordinates the development of young Singaporean footballers at a national level through the domestic league system, international youth tournaments as well as overseas training attachments.
The NFA Under-18 team was made up of promising Singaporean players under the age of 18 and served as a feeder team mainly to the Young Lions as well as other clubs in the S. League. The FAS enters both the NFA Blues Under-17 and NFA Reds Under-18 teams in the Prime League, the official reserve league of the S. League, to allow their players to gain more exposure and match experience by playing against older and more experienced players. The NFA Under-15 and Under-16 teams also participate in the annual Lion City Cup organised by the FAS since 2011.
The NFA has produced many graduates who went on to represent the Singapore national team.
Milecastle 15
Milecastle 15 (Whitchester) was a milecastle of the Roman Hadrian's Wall. Its remains exist as a bold platform with robbed walls located on the southern side of the B6318 Military Road approximately 3 kilometres (1.9 mi) west of its crossing of the A69 road. It has not been excavated.
Belle Isle, Leeds
Belle Isle is a large suburb 3 miles (5 km) south of Leeds city centre, West Yorkshire, England. It is bounded to the north and east by the M621 motorway.
The district lies in the LS10 Leeds postcode area. Belle Isle is part of the Middleton Park ward of Leeds City Council and Leeds South parliamentary constituency.
Bidston Dock
Bidston Dock was a dock at Birkenhead, in England. It was situated to the west of the Great Float, between Bidston and Poulton.

Hamilton Old Parish Church is a Church of Scotland parish church serving part of the Burgh of Hamilton in South Lanarkshire, Scotland. It is notable for its Georgian architecture and the church and grounds are Category A listed.
Freddie Gilroy and the Belsen Stragglers
Freddie Gilroy and the Belsen Stragglers is a statue by sculptor Ray Lonsdale which overlooks North Bay of Scarborough, England. Made from weathering steel, the sculpture depicts Freddie Gilroy, a former soldier who participated in the liberation of Bergen-Belsen concentration camp, sitting on a bench in his old age. Gilroy was a friend of the sculptor and Lonsdale made the piece partly as a tribute to him, but also as a wider war and Holocaust memorial. Originally intended to sit on the seafront as a 4-week loan in 2011, a local resident donated money to purchase the sculpture for the town.

The center is located in the South of Market or "SoMa" district on the north-east side of San Francisco, California, along San Francisco Bay.
Newholm-cum-Dunsley
Newholm-cum-Dunsley is a civil parish in the county of North Yorkshire, England.
According to the 2011 UK census, Newholm-cum-Dunsley parish had a population of 192, a decrease on the 2001 UK census figure of 213.
From 1974 to 2023 it was part of the Borough of Scarborough, it is now administered by the unitary North Yorkshire Council.
Whale, Cumbria
Whale is a hamlet in the Westmorland and Furness unitary authority area, Cumbria, England. Historically in Westmorland, it is about a mile south of the village of Askham. In the Imperial Gazetteer of England and Wales of 1870-72 it had a population of 53.
Lockton
Lockton is a small village and civil parish in North Yorkshire, England. It is situated in the North York Moors about 4 miles (6.4 km) north-east of Pickering. Nearby villages include Newton-on-Rawcliffe and Levisham. The village is often used as a base by tourists visiting the nearby Dalby Forest.
The village is mentioned in the Domesday Book as Lochetun, which is believed to have derived from the Old English of loca tūn, meaning the enclosure of Loca's people.
According to the 2001 UK census, Lockton parish had a population of 265, increasing to 332 at the 2011 Census. The population tally includes that of nearby Levisham; about 200 people live in Lockton.
St Giles' Church, Lockton dates back to the 13th century (nave and chancel) with a 15th-century tower. The structure is now grade II* listed.
In 1961, a Royal Observer Corps watching post with associated bunker was opened up just to the south of the village. It was closed down seven years later in 1968, but the above ground vents and access structures can still be seen.
Between 1974 and 2023 the village was part of the Ryedale district. It is now administered by North Yorkshire Council.
