Newcastle International Airport (IATA: NCL, ICAO: EGNT) is an international airport serving Newcastle upon Tyne, England. Located approximately 7.7 mi (12.4 km) from Newcastle City Centre, it is the primary and busiest airport in North East England, and the second busiest in Northern England. In 2019, prior to the COVID-19 pandemic, Newcastle International handled 5.2 million passengers annually. Newcastle Airport has a Civil Aviation Authority Public Use Aerodrome Licence (Number P725) that allows flights for the public transport of passengers or for flying instruction. In 2019, it was named the best airport in Europe of those serving 5–15 million passengers annually by Airports Council International (ACI) for the second consecutive year.

Woolsington Hall

Woolsington Hall is a Grade II* listed country house in a 92-acre (37 ha) estate, in the village of Woolsington, in Newcastle upon Tyne, England, north-west of the city centre, and immediately south of Newcastle Airport. In addition to the hall, the stables, coach house, orangery, walled garden and east wing are Grade II listed. The hall is not habitable and requires full restoration. It has been on Historic England's Heritage at Risk Register since 2002.

Druid Park

Druid Park (originally known as the Wheatsheaf Ground) is a multi-purpose stadium in Woolsington, north Newcastle upon Tyne in England. It is currently used for football and rugby union matches and was the home stadium of Gosforth RFC from 2007–2014. Druid Park is the home of Great Park FC and Great Park FC Juniors. The grounds facilities include changing rooms for Home and away teams as well as for match officials, a small gym, conference room, multi purpose room and a bar which is open before, during and after matches.
