Chartreuse Saint-Michel de Kingston
La chartreuse de Saint-Michel de Kingston était un monastère et un hospice chartreux à Kingston upon Hull, en Angleterre, construit juste à l'extérieur des murs de la ville. Le bâtiment de l'hôpital a survécu à la dissolution des monastères par Henri VIII; Le prieuré est détruit en 1538. Hull College
Hull College is a Further Education and Higher Education establishment based in Kingston upon Hull, England.
It provides vocational courses, apprenticeships, Higher Education and adult learning courses, with a focus on equipping young people and adults with the skills needed for long-term career success. The college has approximately 2,100 adult learners, 1,600 learners aged 16 to 18, 1,000 apprentices, 167 learners aged 14 to 16, and 109 learners with high needs.
The college operates from three sites. Its main campus is located at Queen's Gardens, with satellite sites at Cannon Street and the Steve Prescott Centre.
The college was awarded a 'Good' Ofsted rating following a full enhanced skills inspection that took place in late October 2023. The organisation was also recognised for its exceptional contribution to meeting skills needs, earning the highest accolade of 'Strong'.
In the report, inspectors rated a range of provision types with Personal Development and Adult Learning Programmes judged to be 'Outstanding' and Education Programmes for Young People, Quality of Education, Behaviour and Attitudes, Provision for Learners with High Needs, Apprenticeships, and Leadership and Management all given a rating of 'Good'.

Hull New Theatre
The Hull New Theatre is a theatre in Kingston upon Hull, East Riding of Yorkshire, England. It opened in 1939 as a successor to the Hull Repertory Theatre Company. The Hull New Theatre features musicals, opera, ballet, drama, children's shows and one-night performances, with a highlight of the year being the annual Christmas pantomime.
The Hull New Theatre is now a Grade II listed building.
The theatre closed on 4 January 2016, after the December 2015 pantomime season, for a major refit in preparation of Hull being the UK City of Culture in 2017. Though £5 million of funding from the Arts Council was not granted Hull City Council intended to press ahead with the £11.7 million project. In the 2016 Budget George Osborne indicated that £13 million would be made available towards the City of Culture work in the city, which the council indicated would be used to cover the shortfall in funding for the theatre refurbishments. In March 2016 the Council announced a delay in the project and that reopening would not take place until summer 2017. In early 2017, it was announced that a one-off performance by The Royal Ballet,on 16 September, would officially reopen the theatre. The theatre opened on 16 September 2017, with an increased capacity, to a sell-out one-off performance by The Royal Ballet which was streamed live to Queen's Gardens to an additional audience of around 5,000.

Wilberforce Monument
The Wilberforce Monument is a monument honouring English politician and abolitionist William Wilberforce in Kingston Upon Hull, England. The ashlar structure consists of a Doric column topped by a statue of Wilberforce. Construction on the monument began in 1834 and was completed the following year. In 2011, it was designated a Grade II listed structure.
