The University of Limoges (Université de Limoges) is a French public university, based in Limoges. Its chancellor is the rector of the Academy of Limoges (an administrative district in France for education and research). It counts more than 16,000 students and near 1,000 scholars and researchers. 3iL is the Limoges Computer Sciences Engineering School and one of the 210 French engineering schools authorized to issue an engineering diploma. 3iL is empowered by the French CTI (Commission des Titres d’Ingénieur - Engineering Degree Commission) to issue the title of engineering, Master grade, in computing, under student status and apprenticeship, at Limoges and Rodez, in partnership with the CFA Sup of the Limousin region and the ITII Midi-Pyrenees.
