Puerto Madero
Puerto Madero est le quartier (ou barrio) le plus jeune de la ville de Buenos Aires. Sa situation toute proche du centre de la cité, l'extension importante de sa surface et sa vue sur le Río de la Plata font de ce quartier un des plus particuliers de Buenos Aires. Le quartier doit son nom à Eduardo Madero, commerçant de la ville qui présenta trois projets de port, dont le dernier fut approuvé par le président argentin d'alors, Julio Argentino Roca en 1882.

Puerto Madero
Puerto Madero, also known within the urban planning community as the Puerto Madero Waterfront, is a barrio of Buenos Aires in the Central Business District. Occupying a significant portion of the Río de la Plata riverbank, it is the site of several high-rise buildings and luxurious hotels, featuring the latest architectural trends. Puerto Madero has by far the highest property values of any barrio within Buenos Aires, surpassing the second-highest twofold.

Pontifical Catholic University of Argentina
The Pontifical Catholic University of Argentina (Spanish: Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina), also known as Catholic University of Argentina (Spanish: Universidad Católica Argentina; UCA), is a private university in Argentina with campuses in the cities of Buenos Aires, Santa Fe, Rosario, Paraná, Mendoza and Pergamino. The main campus is located in Puerto Madero, a modern neighborhood of Buenos Aires.
Its predecessor, the Catholic University of Buenos Aires (1910–1922), was founded by the Argentine episcopate in 1910, but its degrees in law were not recognized by the Argentine government and the institution was closed in 1922.
In 1955, Decree 6403 concerning the freedom of education enabled the creation of private universities with the authority to deliver academic qualifications. In 1956, the bishops decided to create the Catholic University of Argentina, formally founded on March 7, 1958.
Cardinal Jorge Mario Bergoglio was UCA's Grand Chancellor, by virtue of his office as Archbishop of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Buenos Aires, the capital of Argentina, until his election in 2013 as Pope Francis. When Mario Aurelio Poli was named Archbishop of Buenos Aires by Pope Francis later in 2013, he became ex officio Grand Chancellor of the University. In May 2013, Pope Francis named Víctor Manuel Fernández, the University's President (the second-highest administrative rank after the Grand Chancellor), as titular archbishop of Tiburnia.

ARA Presidente Sarmiento
ARA Presidente Sarmiento is a museum ship in Argentina, originally built as a training ship for the Argentine Navy and named after Domingo Faustino Sarmiento, the seventh President of Argentina. It is considered to be the last intact cruising training ship from the 1890s.

Mulieris Towers
Mulieris Towers are two skyscrapers located in the Puerto Madero neighborhood of Buenos Aires, Argentina; each tower rises 161 metres and has 45 floors.
Developed by Creaurban, a unit of the Macri Group, the two residential buildings were built on an area of 6,792 m2 and completed in 2009, becoming the fourth-tallest buildings in Argentina. The project's name comes from the Latin mulieris, meaning 'women'.
