Pitts Hill railway station served the Pitts Hill area of Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire, England. The station closed in 1964. The site has been drastically altered since by the closure and rerouting of the A527 road, although the route of the Potteries Loop Line can still be traced.

St Margaret Ward Catholic Academy

St Margaret Ward Catholic Academy is a mixed secondary school and sixth form located in the Tunstall area of Stoke-on-Trent in the English county of Staffordshire. The school is named after Saint Margaret Ward, a Roman Catholic martyr who was executed during the reign of Elizabeth I for assisting a priest to escape from prison. Blessed William Southern Roman Catholic County Secondary School was established in 1957 and was renamed St Margaret Ward's Catholic School in 1980. In September 2013 St Margaret Ward Catholic School converted to academy status and was renamed St Margaret Ward Catholic Academy. The school is now part of the Newman Catholic Collegiate, a Multi Academy Trust sponsored by the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Birmingham. St Margaret Ward Catholic Academy offers GCSEs and BTECs as programmes of study for pupils, while students in the sixth form have the option to study from a range of A-levels and further BTECs. The sixth form provision is offered as the Trinity Sixth Form, a collaboration between St Margaret Ward Catholic Academy, St John Fisher Catholic College and St Thomas More Catholic Academy.

Chell, Staffordshire

Chell is a suburb of the city of Stoke-on-Trent in the ceremonial county of Staffordshire, England, that can be subdivided into Little Chell, Great Chell and Chell Heath. It lies on the northern edge of the city, approximately 1-mile (1.6 km) from Tunstall, 2 miles (3.2 km) from Burslem and 3 miles (4.8 km) from the county border with Cheshire. Chell borders Pitts Hill to the west, Tunstall to the south west, Stanfield and Bradeley to the south, with the outlying villages of Packmoor and Brindley Ford to the north and Ball Green to the east. Since 2011 the area has been divided into the electoral wards of Bradeley & Chell Heath, Great Chell & Packmoor and Little Chell & Stanfield.
