St Mary and St Cyril's Coptic Orthodox Church

St Mary and St Cyril's Coptic Orthodox Church, previously known as the Church of St Paul, is a Coptic church in Stoneycroft, Liverpool, England. It is recorded in the National Heritage List for England as a designated Grade II* listed building. It was designed by Giles Gilbert Scott, who also designed the Anglican Liverpool Cathedral. In 2016 the building was closed with a view to selling it to the Coptic Orthodox Church. Its Anglican benefice was united with that of St Anne, Stanley. The Coptic Orthodox Youth Society of the Liverpool Guild of Students is highly involved with the church and frequently takes part in Tasbeha and youth meetings.

West Derby School

West Derby School is a comprehensive all-boys (11–18) academy based in Liverpool, England. The school was converted from a Local education authority school to academy status on 1 September 2012. The current school building, located on West Derby Road, Liverpool, opened in September 2010, a single-sited school built under the Building Schools for the Future programme, having previously been based on two sites on Quarry and Bankfield roads. West Derby School is twinned with Gyanodaya Secondary School in Palpa, Nepal. After the April 2015 Nepal earthquake the school raised over £2000 to help with essential rebuilding work.
