Westbourne Mansion
Westbourne Mansion, also known formerly as Field House, is a historic, conserved mansion located at 25 Gilstead Road in Novena, Singapore. Built in 1927, it was originally the residence of physician and civic figure Dr. Yin Suat Chuan. The mansion was the family home of his son, Leslie Charteris, the author known for creating "The Saint". The building has a history of adaptive reuse. During World War II, it was reportedly occupied by the German Kriegsmarine. From 1957 to 2003, it served as the headquarters for the Spastic Children's Association of Singapore (now Cerebral Palsy Alliance Singapore) under the name Field House. The building is currently a state property managed by the Singapore Land Authority.

Far Eastern Bible College (abbreviation: FEBC; Chinese: 远东神学院; Malay: Kolej Alkitab Timur Jauh; Tamil: தூர கிழக்கு வேதாகம கல்லூரி) is a reformed, fundamentalist, and separatist Bible-Presbyterian theological institution located at Gilstead Road, under the Novena Planning Area, within the Central Region of Singapore. Founded in 1962 by Timothy Tow, FEBC is the fourth oldest Bible college in the country. The current principal is Jeffrey Khoo.
The college motto is "Holding forth the Word of Life" (Phil 2:16) and "Holding fast the Faithful Word" (Titus 1:9).

Life Bible-Presbyterian Church
Life Bible-Presbyterian Church (Abbreviation: LBPC; Chinese: 笃信圣经长老会生命堂) is a reformed, fundamental, and separatist Bible-Presbyterian church located at Gilstead Road, under the Novena Planning Area, within the Central Region of Singapore. It is the first and oldest Bible-Presbyterian church in Singapore and Southeast Asia, and the mother church of Bible-Presbyterian churches in the region. Church members are referred to as "Lifers." The pastor is the Rev Charles Seet.
The church motto is "Holding Forth the Word of Life" (Philippians 2:16).

Beulah House is a bungalow on Gilstead Road in Novena, Singapore. It housed an eye clinic before it was acquired by the Life Bible-Presbyterian Church in 1990.

House at 9 Buckley Road
The House at 9 Buckley Road is a conserved colonial-era bungalow in Novena, Singapore. Designed by architect H. A. Stallings and completed in 1932, it was notably the family home of Kwek Hong Png, founder of the Hong Leong Group, from 1943. The building was granted conservation status by the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) in 2008 and has since been restored and integrated as the clubhouse for the Buckley Classique condominium. The bungalow is noted for its mix of architectural styles and a decorative Chinese-style entrance archway, known as the Buckley Arch, which was added in the 1940s.
