L'Hivernage, ou Hivernage, (en arabe : الحي الشتوي) est un quartier de Marrakech, au Maroc.

1. Présentation

Situé entre la Ménara et la place Jemaa el-Fna, ce quartier est situé dans l'arrondissement de Guéliz. Il abrite de nombreux complexes hôteliers. Le principal axe de circulation du quartier est l'avenue Mohammed VI. A la jonction entre L'Hivernage et le quartier de Guéliz se trouve la Gare de Marrakech. Le Palais des congrès de Marrakech et le Théâtre royal comptent parmi les bâtiments remarquables de L'Hivernage.

Menara Mall

Menara Mall is one of the largest shopping centres in Marrakesh, Morocco. Opened in June 2015, the mall is located in the upscale district of Hivernage. It has five floors, including the basement, and a total surface area of 50,000 square metres (540,000 sq ft), with the topmost floor dedicated as an indoor attraction park for children called "Kidzo". The biggest tenant is Carrefour, which operates in the basement (Carrefour Market) and ground floors (Carrefour). El Harti Stadium (Arabic: ملعب الحارثي) is a multi-use stadium in Marrakesh, Morocco. It is used mostly for football matches and athletics and hosted the home games of Kawkab Marrakech. The stadium holds 10,000 people. It was replaced by Stade de Marrakech in 2012.

Marrakesh-Tensift-El Haouz

Marrakesh–Tensift–El Haouz (Arabic: مراكش تانسيفت الحوز) was formerly one of the 16 regions of Morocco from 1997 to 2015. It was situated in central Morocco. It covered an area of 31,160 km² and had a population of 3,576,673 (2014 census). The capital is Marrakesh. In 2015, the region annexed Safi and Youssoufia Provinces (both formerly from the Doukkala-Abda Region) to become the Region of Marrakesh-Safi.
