Bexton - Izeria

Bexton is a civil parish to the south west of Knutsford, in the unitary authority of Cheshire East, England. According to the 2001 census it had a population of 9. At the 2011 Census the population remained minimal, and details are included in the civil parish of Peover Inferior. Bexton Hall is designated by English Heritage as a Grade II* listed building, and is the only listed building in the parish.

Bexton Hall

Bexton Hall is a country house in the village of Bexton to the southwest of Knutsford, Cheshire, England. It is a square, symmetrical house of five bays, dating from the late 17th century. It is constructed in brick, with slate roofs, and has two storeys plus a basement. The house is recorded in the National Heritage List for England as a designated Grade II* listed building, and is the only listed building in Bexton parish. The forecourt walls are included in the listing. The house originally had a cupola, but this is no longer present.

Toft Hall

Toft Hall is a 17th-century country house in Toft, Cheshire, England to which additions and alterations have been made during the following three centuries. It is constructed in brick, which has been rendered, with stone dressings and a slate roof. It is in two storeys, and has four-storey towers. The house is recorded in the National Heritage List for England as a designated Grade II* listed building. Its stable block is listed separately at Grade II. Features of the estate include an arched stone bridge, a ha-ha, a woodland garden and parkland.

Toft is a village and civil parish in the unitary authority of Cheshire East and the ceremonial county of Cheshire, England. It is located immediately to the south of Knutsford and is split by the A50 road to more southern Holmes Chapel. The village comprises several farms and a small picturesque church. The parish has a population of only 81, and shares a parish council with the neighbouring parishes of Plumley and Bexton. At the 2011 census the population of the civil parish remained less than 100. Details are included in the civil parish of Peover Inferior.
