Leers-Nord [lɛʁsnɔːʁ] (en picard El Pitit Lere) est une section de la commune belge d'Estaimpuis située en Wallonie picarde et en Flandre romane dans la province de Hainaut. C'était une commune à part entière avant la fusion des communes de 1977. Au centre du village se trouve l'église Saint-Vaast construite en 1828. Le village à caractère rural est délimité au nord par le paisible canal de l'Espierre reliant la Deûle à l'Escaut.
