Goodwood Park Hotel
The Goodwood Park Hotel (Chinese: 良木园酒店) is a heritage hotel in Singapore, situated in a 6-hectare landscaped garden on Scotts Road. It was first built as the club house for the Teutonic Club serving the expatriate German community in Singapore, and later converted into a hotel. The hotel was the first in Singapore to have a swimming-pool on the premises, and an air-conditioned wine cellar. The Tower Block of the hotel has been gazetted as a national monument of Singapore.

Scotts Road
Scotts Road (Chinese: 史各士路) is a road located in Central Area of Singapore. It was named after Captain William G. Scott, Harbour Master and Post Master of Singapore in 1836, who owned property and plantations on and around the area where Scotts Road now stands.
The name comes from the fact that it was home to the largest community of Scottish expatriates living in the colony before Singapore's independence.

Tan Chin Tuan Mansion is a historic mansion at the junction of Cairnhill Road and Cairnhill Circle in Cairnhill, Singapore. Completed in 1926, it served as the residence of banker and philanthropist Tan Chin Tuan and his family. In 2007, it was integrated into a condominium as its clubhouse.

Newton MRT station
Newton MRT station is an underground Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) interchange station on the North–South (NSL) and Downtown (DTL) lines. It is located in Newton, Singapore, at the junction of Scotts Road and Bukit Timah Road near Newton Circus. The station serves the offices and condominiums around Newton Circus including Goldbell Towers and Scotts Highpark, and it is within walking distance to the Newton Food Centre.
The NSL station opened on 12 December 1987 as part of the line's extension to Outram Park via Raffles Place station. The NSL station is designated as a Civil Defence Shelter with a reinforced structure. With the opening of DTL Stage 2 on 27 December 2015, Newton became a interchange station. An additional entrance, designed by SAA Architects, serves the new DTL station, which features an artwork Newton by Messymsxi as part of the network's Art-in-Transit programme.

Newton Food Centre
Newton Food Centre is a hawker centre in Newton, at the intersection of Newton Circus and Clemenceau Avenue North.
The food centre was promoted by the Singapore Tourism Board (STB) as a tourist attraction for sampling Singaporean cuisine. It was first opened in 1971 and it closed down in 2005 as the government wanted to revamp the food centre. The food centre then went through a major renovation before reopening on 1 July 2006.
Newton Food Centre remains as one of the most popular hawker centres in Singapore. Some stalls have also been featured in the Michelin Guide.
