Kuinre est un village dans la commune néerlandaise de Steenwijkerland, dans la province d'Overijssel. Le 1er janvier 2006, le village comptait 710 habitants. Kuinre avait son port de pêche jusqu'en 1943. Lors de la création du Noordoostpolder, ce nouveau polder fut attaché directement aux terres d'Overijssel, sans lac de bordure. Le port de Kuinre fut comblé : les quelques restes se trouvent aujourd'hui au milieu des champs.

Kuinre is a village in the Dutch province of Overijssel. It was a separate municipality until 1973, when it became a part of IJsselham, which in turn merged into the municipality of Steenwijkerland in 2001.
Kuinre is a former harbour town with a rich history. Back in the days of the Zuiderzee, Kuinre's harbour was an important port of the Zuiderzee. After completion of the Noordoostpolder Kuinre became landlocked; companies, shops, and fishermen went out of business.

Spanga is a village in Weststellingwerf in the province of Friesland, the Netherlands. It had a population of around 210 in 2017.
The village was first mentioned in 1320 as Spangghe. The etymology is unclear. The Dutch Reformed church was demolished in 1831. In 1851, a bell tower was erected as its replacement. The tower was destroyed during a storm in 1954, and a new tower was built in 1955 which was replaced in 1989.
