Dalmeny (Royaume-Uni)
Dalmeny (Dùn Mheinidh en gaélique écossais) est un village et une paroisse d'Écosse. Il est situé à une quinzaine de kilomètres à l'ouest du centre-ville d'Édimbourg, au sud du Firth of Forth. Administrativement, il relève de la Cité d'Édimbourg, bien qu'il ait appartenu historiquement au West Lothian. L'église de Dalmeny, fondée vers 1130, est un monument classé de grade A.

It is located on the south side of the Firth of Forth, 1 mile (1.6 km) southeast of South Queensferry and 8 miles (13 km) west of Edinburgh city centre. It lies within the traditional boundaries of West Lothian, and falls under the local governance of the City of Edinburgh Council. Dalmeny is on the route used as the X99 Queensferry off-service loop.

Queensferry High School (also known as Queensferry Community High School) is a six-year comprehensive school in the town of South Queensferry, Scotland, run by the City of Edinburgh Council. It was opened in 1970 by Princess Margaret marking the 900th anniversary of the arrival of Queen Margaret in Queensferry. Currently it has 1036 students, predominantly from Echline Primary School, Queensferry Primary School, Dalmeny Primary School and Kirkliston Primary School. It was made a School of Ambition in 2007.

Queensferry Lifeboat Station
Queensferry Lifeboat Station can be found on Hawes Pier, sitting in the shadow of the Forth Rail Bridge, in South Queensferry, a town and former Royal Burgh on the south shore of the River Forth estuary, within the boundary of the city of Edinburgh, historically West Lothian, in north-east Scotland.
A lifeboat station was established at South Queensferry by the Royal National Lifeboat Institution (RNLI) in 1967.
The station currently operates a B-class (Atlantic 85) Inshore lifeboat, Jimmy Cairncross (B-851), on station since 6 September 2012.
