Flå is a former municipality in the old Sør-Trøndelag county, Norway. The approximately 120-square-kilometre (46 sq mi) municipality existed from 1880 until its dissolution in 1964. Flå Municipality was located in the eastern part of what is now Melhus Municipality in Trøndelag county. The administrative centre was the village of Ler.
