Clifton Gardens is a neighborhood and census-designated place within the town of Clifton Park, Saratoga County, New York, United States. It was first listed as a CDP prior to the 2020 census. As of the 2020 census, Clifton Gardens had a population of 2,729.
The community is in southern Saratoga County, in the eastern part of Clifton Park. It is bordered to the north by Clifton Park Center Road and Sitterly Road, to the east by Interstate 87, to the south by Grooms Road, and to the west by Moe Road. The CDP of Clifton Knolls-Mill Creek borders Clifton Gardens to the west across Moe Road.
Clifton Gardens is 16 miles north of Albany, 11 miles east of Schenectady, and 18 miles south of Saratoga Springs.

Clifton Park Center, formerly known as the Clifton Country Mall, is a large shopping center, located in Clifton Park, New York. As of 2022, the mall currently maintains the traditional chain anchors Boscov's, JCPenney, and a Marshalls and HomeGoods combo. The mall features 72 stores and a food court.
In 2006 parts of the northern section of the mall were converted into a lifestyle concept. In August 2009, a stand-alone lifestyle building, was developed. In 2011, the mall's original movie theater and its surrounding area was replaced with a much larger new “state of the art” 10 screen Regal Cinema and a five-story Hilton Garden Inn.

The community is in southern Saratoga County, southeast of the center of Clifton Park. It is bordered to the north by Clifton Park Center Road, to the east by Moe Road, to the south by Grooms Road, and to the west by Vischer Ferry Road. The CDP of Clifton Gardens borders Clifton Knolls-Mill Creek to the east across Moe Road. The hamlet of Clifton Park Center is at the northwestern corner of the CDP.
Clifton Knolls-Mill Creek is 17 miles north of Albany, 10 miles east of Schenectady, and 19 miles south of Saratoga Springs.

Clifton Park Hotel is a historic hotel located at Clifton Park and Halfmoon in Saratoga County, New York. It was first erected in the 1820s and is a 2-story, timber-framed building sheathed in clapboards and topped by a gable roof. A massive, 2-story wood portico / piazza was added in the 1840s, along with a 1+1⁄2-story, two-bay, frame addition. The building was renovated in the 1880s and once featured a dance hall. The building exhibits a number of Greek Revival design features. It remained in commercial use into the 1970s.
It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1998.
As of 2013 the building has been stabilized and re-roofed, but remains vacant.
The 30-acre site was acquired in 2025 by developer Bruce Tanski for redevelopment into senior apartments and a gas station, with the hotel preserved and restored as office space.

Students are separated between two buildings by their grade levels. Both buildings are located on the district's main campus off of NY 146. The recently expanded East building houses 10th through 12th graders, while the West building houses only 9th graders. It is the largest public school district in a suburban area in New York State.
