Çevreyolu is located on 8291st Street, just off of Caher Dudayev Boulevard, in Ataşehir, Çiğli and gets its name from the O-30 beltway running just north of the station. Çevreyolu station was opened on 11 April 2017, along with the entire tram line.

Ege Park Mavişehir Shopping Center was one of the first shopping centres in İzmir, Turkey. It is located in Karşıyaka, covering an area of 18.000 square metres. It was opened on 20 November 1999 as EGS Park Mavişehir Shopping Centre by EGS Holding. This mall was operated by the Turkish clothing industrial company from İzmir EGS Holding from 1999 to 2006. But after the bankruptcy of EGS Holding in 2001 due to the economic crisis in Turkey, the management of the shopping center was transferred to Kâzım Pırlant, a businessman from İzmir living in the United States in 2006. This mall has 115 shops and 1 supermarket. This shopping center was transferred in 2006. The owner of this mall has opened another shopping center in Balçova in 2009.

Karşıyaka Arena is a multi-purpose indoor arena in İzmir, Turkey. It was opened in 2005. It is owned and run by Karşıyaka SK. The 6,500 seating capacity arena is used mostly to host basketball and volleyball games, as well as concerts and events.
The arena also features a VIP lounge area with seating for 90, an additional practice training hall that seats 500 people, a weight training room, fitness and aerobics facilities, a conference room that holds 100 people, a media room for the press, a medical room, locker room facilities, 20 athlete guesthouses, cafeterias, administrative offices, a sports bar, and 800 parking spaces.
