Górzno [ˈɡuʐnɔ] is a town in Brodnica County, Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship, in north-central Poland, with 1,369 inhabitants (2006). It is located within the historic Dobrzyń Land.

Gmina Górzno is an urban-rural gmina in Brodnica County, Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship, in north-central Poland. Its seat is the town of Górzno, which lies approximately 18 kilometres east of Brodnica and 72 km east of Toruń.
The gmina covers an area of 119.38 square kilometres, and as of 2006 its total population is 3,857.
The gmina contains part of the protected area called Górzno-Lidzbark Landscape Park.

The Battle of Górzno was fought during the ending phase of the Polish–Swedish War, between Sweden and the Polish–Lithuanian Commonwealth on 12 February 1629. The Swedes were commanded by Herman Wrangel, and the Poles by Stanisław Rewera Potocki. The battle ended with a victory for Sweden, who forced the entrenched Polish army out of their positions and into retreat.
