Pencaer is a community which covers an area of dispersed settlement in Pembrokeshire, Wales, on the peninsula of Pen Caer and comprises the village of Llanwnda and the smaller settlements of Granston, Llangloffan, St Nicholas (Tremarchog) and Trefasser. The population of the community taken at the 2011 census was 474.

Llanwnda is a rural village and parish to the north of the Welsh county of Pembrokeshire and part of the community of Pencaer. It lies some two miles northwest of the port of Fishguard and is inside the boundaries of the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park.

Fishguard Lifeboat Station is located on the quay, at the northern breakwater of Fishguard Harbour, in the community of Fishguard and Goodwick, overlooking the southern end of Cardigan Bay, in the county of Pembrokeshire, Wales.
A private lifeboat was first placed at Fishguard in 1822. A station was re-established by the Royal National Lifeboat Institution station in 1855.
The station currently operates a Trent-class All-weather lifeboat, 14-03 Blue Peter VII, on station since 1994, and an D-class Inshore lifeboat Edward Arthur Richardson, on station since 2015. It is one of the seven stations that has had a lifeboat funded by the BBC children's television series Blue Peter.

The Fishguard & Goodwick Marina is a planned development within the harbour of the Welsh towns of Fishguard and Goodwick in Pembrokeshire, south-west Wales. In April 2012 Pembrokeshire County Council revealed that they had given outline planning permission for the development of a marina to be located in the small town of Goodwick within Fishguard Harbour. The initial planning application was submitted to Pembrokeshire County Council in October 2011 by Conygar who wish to invest £100 million into the project.
