Gmina Czyżew is an urban-rural gmina (administrative district) in Wysokie Mazowieckie County, Podlaskie Voivodeship, in north-eastern Poland. Its seat is the town of Czyżew, which lies approximately 19 kilometres (12 mi) south-west of Wysokie Mazowieckie and 67 km (42 mi) south-west of the regional capital Białystok. The gmina covers an area of 123.4 square kilometres (47.6 sq mi), and as of 2006 its total population is 6,653.
