Hualong District (simplified Chinese: 华龙区; traditional Chinese: 華龍區; pinyin: Huàlóng Qū) is a district of city of Puyang, Henan province, China.

Puyang is a prefecture-level city in northeastern Henan province, People's Republic of China. Located on the northern shore of the Yellow River, it borders Anyang in the west, Xinxiang in the southwest, and the provinces of Shandong and Hebei in the east and north respectively.
As of the 2020 census, its total population was 3,772,088 and its built-up area made of Hualong district, Puyang County and Qingfeng County largely being conurbated, was home to 2,524,658 inhabitants.

Puyang railway station is a railway station in Hualong District, Puyang, Henan, China. It is an intermediate stop on the Shanxi–Henan–Shandong railway and the eastern terminus of passenger services.
On 18 March 2016, a passenger service was introduced. It consists of a single daily arrival from Zhengzhou followed by a single daily departure back to Zhengzhou. The journey times are uncompetitive with that of coaches.

Xishuipo is a Neolithic site in Puyang, Henan, central China, associated with the Yangshao culture. The site was excavated from 1987 to 1988; 186 burials were discovered at the site.
In one of the burials, tomb M45, the body of a tall adult male was flanked by two mosaics formed from white clam shells, a tiger design to the right, and a dragon design to the left. Clam shell mosaics were also found in two nearby caches. The burial was accompanied by the bodies of three young children. Some archaeologists believe that the man was a shaman.
