Istočno Novo Sarajevo (en serbe cryillique : Источно Ново Сарајево) est une municipalité de Bosnie-Herzégovine située sur le territoire de la ville d'Istočno Sarajevo et dans la république serbe de Bosnie. Istočno Novo Sarajevo est une des six municipalités composant la ville d'Istočno Sarajevo (en cyrillique : Град Источно Сарајево), « Sarejovo Est ».

Today, Istočno Sarajevo shares its Olympic history with Sarajevo when the city hosted the 1984 Winter Olympics. In addition, both cities hosted the 2019 European Youth Olympic Winter Festival.
