Miodusy-Litwa [mjɔˈdusɨ ˈlitfa] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Wysokie Mazowieckie, within Wysokie Mazowieckie County, Podlaskie Voivodeship, in north-eastern Poland. Five Polish citizens were murdered by Nazi Germany in the village during World War II.
