Vreeland Avenue was a railroad station in Paterson, New Jersey served by the New York, Susquehanna and Western Railroad (NYS&W). until 1966. Service by the New Jersey Midland, a predecessor to the NYS&W, had begun in 1873. The station house dates to 1949. Other extant station buildings from the New Jersey Midland/NYSW can be found at Wortendyke, Butler, and Newfoundland, among other places.

The Van Houten–Hillman House is located at 891 River Road in the borough of Elmwood Park in Bergen County, New Jersey, United States. The historic stone house was added to the National Register of Historic Places on January 9, 1983, for its significance in architecture. It was listed as part of the Early Stone Houses of Bergen County Multiple Property Submission.
According to the nomination form, the house was built in the mid 18th century, possibly by a member of the Cadmus family. It may also have built around 1782 by Cornelius J. Van Houten. Herman Hillman purchased the house in 1888, and remodeled it in 1901.

East Paterson was a former commuter railroad train station in the borough of East Paterson, Bergen County, New Jersey. East Paterson station serviced freight and passenger trains of the New York, Susquehanna and Western Railway between the eponymous station in Butler to Pavonia Terminal in Jersey City and Susquehanna Transfer in North Bergen until June 30, 1966. The station contained a single low-level side platform and a 60-by-14-foot wooden frame depot on the north side of the tracks.
Train service through Saddle River Township began on April 8, 1871 with the opening of the New Jersey Midland Railroad to Pompton Township. At that time, the railroad established a station at Dundee Lake near the Passaic River. Dundee Lake became its own municipality on April 18, 1916 and the station retained that name until October 15, 1928, when the railroad changed it to East Paterson, despite the municipality becoming East Paterson in April 1916. After the discontinuation of passenger service on June 30, 1966, the station sat unused until October 13, 1969, when it caught fire. The depot came down that November.

Lake View is a former railroad station for the Erie Railroad in the community of Paterson, New Jersey. The station was located at the intersection of Railway Avenue and Crooks Avenue in the Lakeview district of Paterson, just north of the Clifton town line. The station consisted of two platforms, with a small shelter-sized depot on the westbound tracks and no shelter whatsoever on the eastbound side heading towards Pavonia Terminal. The station was first opened in 1883 in the Lakeview district, and remained in use for nearly eight decades. In 1952 and 1953, as a deal made for Passaic, New Jersey, stations at Clifton and Main Street-Passaic were rebuilt. However, Lake View was not, and when the Passaic Plan was enacted on April 2, 1963, the last passenger trains served Lake View served the old 1883 depot. The depot was razed in the autumn of 1967.

Paterson P-TECH High School is a four-year public high school in Paterson in Passaic County, in the U.S. state of New Jersey, operated as part of the Paterson Public Schools. It is one of a number of academy programs serving students in ninth through twelfth grades offered by the school district. The program focuses on earth science and space science as part of a partnership with Passaic County Community College and grants from NASA.
As of the 2023–24 school year, the school had an enrollment of 200 students and 14.0 classroom teachers, for a student–teacher ratio of 14.3:1. There were 80 students eligible for free lunch and none eligible for reduced-cost lunch.
