L'hôtel des Princes est un ancien établissement hôtelier situé au no 16, avenue Castellane aux Eaux-Bonnes, dans le département français des Pyrénées-Atlantiques en région Nouvelle-Aquitaine. Il est construit à l'initiative de Jean Murret-Labarthe, de 1854 à 1872. L'Impératrice Eugénie de Montijo y aurait séjourné vers 1860 durant le Second Empire lors de l'essor du thermalisme dans la ville.

Its shepherds maintained a whistled language until the 20th century. According to Graham Robb, no outsiders knew of the language until a 1959 TV program mentioned it. Whistles were up to 100 decibels, and were used for communication by shepherds in the mountains and by women working in the fields. During the Nazi occupation of World War II, the language was used to ferry refugees across the Spanish borders.
