Tawagu Pagoda (Burmese: တဝဂူစေတီ) is a Buddhist pagoda in Mandalay, Myanmar (Burma), located at the intersection of 82nd and 20th Streets in Aungmyethazan Township's Palengweyaung ward. The pagoda holds a pagoda festival in the Burmese month of Nadaw.

Shwekyimyin Pagoda is a notable pagoda in Mandalay, Burma, located on 24th Street, between 82nd and 83rd Streets. It was built in 1167 by Min Shin Saw, a prince from Pagan, who had come to the shores of the Aungbinle lake to cultivate rice. In the early 1900s, in one of its chapels, 40 images of Buddha found in the Mandalay Palace at the time of the British occupation in 1885 are kept for safe custody. A pagoda was built in 1852 over the older one. It is known for the Shweilnbin, an image of Gautama Buddha that was originally placed in a pagoda built in Pagan by King Narapatisithu and consequently moved to other royal capitals.

The Mandalay Cultural Museum is a museum located at the corner of 80th Road and 24th Street, in Mandalay, Myanmar.
It displays objects of past ministers over the centuries, including materials and furniture used by King Mindon and King Thibaw, paintings by Royal artist Saya Chone and sculptures.
The museum charges US$2 to foreign visitors. For Burmese people, the charge is 500 Kyats for adults and 250 kyats for children.
It is open from 10:00 am to 3:30 pm from Tuesday to Sunday.

The Sacred Heart Cathedral is a Roman Catholic cathedral in Mandalay, Myanmar.
Construction of the cathedral began in 1873 and progressed through several development phases before its consecration on 8 December 1890. The cathedral is located on 81st Road between 25th and 26th streets.
It serves as the headquarters of the Metropolitan Archdiocese of Mandalay, follows the Roman or Latin rite and is decorated with blue and white colors. It was dedicated as its name indicates the Sacred Heart of Jesus a traditional Catholic devotion honoring the Heart of Jesus of Nazareth, as a symbol of divine love.
The cathedral offers Burmese language masses all week and Friday and Saturday some services in English. On the outside of the cathedral is located a small chapel with the image of Jesus.
Establishment
The pagoda was erected by King Shwenankyawshin (1501–1527) during the Innwa era, at the site of a white elephant's abode. The pagoda was subsequently restored by Thibaw Min, the last king of Konbaung dynasty.
