The Holy Family Cathedral (Indonesian: Gereja Katedral Keluarga Kudus) is a religious building of the Catholic Church in Banjarmasin in the province of South Kalimantan, Indonesia. It was designed by architect Roestenhurg in a neo-Gothic style. The cathedral was consecrated June 28, 1931, and follows the Roman or Latin rite. It serves as the cathedral of the Diocese of Banjarmasin (Dioecesis Bangiarmasinus or Keuskupan Banjarmasin), created in 1961 by the bull Quod Christus of Pope John XXIII.

Banjarmasin is the largest city in South Kalimantan, Indonesia. It was the capital of the province until 15 February 2022. The city is located on a delta island near the confluence of the Barito and Martapura rivers. Historically the centre of the Banjarese culture, and the capital of the Sultanate of Banjar, it is the biggest city in South Kalimantan and one of the main cities of Kalimantan. Banjarmasin was the de jure seat of the South Kalimantan governor and the location of the provincial parliament, although some provincial buildings have been relocated to Banjarbaru. On 15 February 2022, the capital of South Kalimantan province was legally moved to Banjarbaru.

Kelayan Muhammadiyah Mosque is a mosque located in Kelayan B st., West Kelayan, South Banjarmasin, Banjarmasin, South Kalimantan, Indonesia, and it was built in 1938. The mosque is right next to the tip of Kelayan River. Front side faces Kelayan B street, and back side faces the river. According to H. Syamsuri, one of the board of the Muhammadiyah Mosque, the back side of the mosque once jutted into the river. As such, most of the mosque building is existing on the surface of Kelayan River.
Such condition benefits the pilgrims, as during the daily prayers, some pilgrims can use river transport, such as jukung and kelotok to reach there. The water vehicles are parked right next to the mosque on the river side.

17th May Stadium is a multi-purpose stadium located in Banjarmasin, Indonesia. It is currently used mostly for football matches. The stadium holds 30,000 people. It is the home stadium of Barito Putera and Peseban Banjarmasin, which was considered one of the major football clubs in Indonesia in 1994/95 Premier Division.
