L'île de Ons est une île de Galice sur la côte Atlantique de l'Espagne. Elle est située avec l'Île de Onza dans l'entrée de la Ría de Pontevedra, l'une des cinq rias des Rías Baixas. Elle fait partie de la commune de Bueu. Elle a été désignée comme une aire protégée en 2001 et fait partie du parc national des Îles Atlantiques de Galice.

Situated in the Pontevedra estuary, it is celebrated for its breathtaking landscapes, rich gastronomy, and cultural significance. Ons belongs administratively to the municipality of Bueu, which has a regular ferry boat connection to the island.

The Atlantic Islands of Galicia National Park is the only national park located in the province of Pontevedra, in the autonomous community of Galicia, Spain. It comprises the archipelagos of Cíes, Ons, Sálvora and Cortegada. The park covers a land area of 1,200 ha and a sea area of 7,200 ha. It is the tenth most visited national park in Spain. It was the thirteenth national park to be established in Spain. Since 2021 it has been designated as a protected Ramsar site.

The Montalvo beach is a Galician beach located in the municipality of Sanxenxo in the province of Pontevedra, Spain. It is 1000 metres long and 80 metres width at low tide and 20 at high tide and has views over the Ria de Pontevedra.

Canelas is a coastal place in Sanxenxo, Pontevedra, and a beach which the same name. It owes this name to the great quantity of canes that there exists. As the whole coastal zone of Pontevedra, Canelas has an oceanic climate characterized by abundant rains and soft temperatures. It is protected from the winds of the north, because the place is orientated towards the south. Waves are small enough, but with the arrival of temporary some they increase considerably, managing to be a place for the raw surfers, owed also to the rock absence in the center of the beach. The beach has a length of 400 meters. According to the last IGE, in 2013 it had 54 inhabitants.

Portonovo is a fishing village and tourist center within the municipality of Sanxenxo. It belongs to the parish of Adina. Situated in the Ria de Pontevedra, its climate is cold and rainy in winter and warm and sunny in summer. Tourism is the main economic engine of the town, and the temporary population in the summer months increases considerably. Three beaches are found along the coast for the town: Portonovo Beach, Caneliñas and Canelas.
Portonovo also thrives economically on the nightlife in the summer and holiday periods. The village has many local pubs, cafés and nightclubs.
