Les Quatre-Bras de Baisy-Thy, ou simplement les Quatre-Bras, est un lieu-dit dont l'origine est le carrefour routier important à l’intersection des routes Bruxelles–Charleroi (N5) et Nivelles–Namur (N93). Il se trouve au sud de Baisy-Thy dans la commune de Genappe, dans le Brabant wallon (Belgique). Ce carrefour a été la barrière d'octroi n° 7 en Brabant sur la route de Bruxelles vers Trèves.

Quatre Bras is a hamlet in the municipality of Genappe, Wallonia, Belgium. It lies on the crossroad of the Charleroi–Brussels road and the Nivelles–Namur road south of Genappe.
On 16 June 1815, near the crossroads of Quatre Bras, the Battle of Quatre Bras was fought between contingents of the Anglo-Allied army and the left wing of the French Army. There are several monuments to the battle at Quatre Bras.

The Battle of Quatre Bras was fought on 16 June 1815, as a preliminary engagement to the decisive Battle of Waterloo that occurred two days later. The battle took place near the strategic crossroads of Quatre Bras and was contested between elements of the Duke of Wellington's Anglo-allied army and the left wing of Napoleon Bonaparte's French Armée du Nord under Marshal Michel Ney. The battle was a tactical victory for Wellington, but because Ney prevented him going to the aid of Blücher's Prussians who were fighting the French army under the command of Napoleon Bonaparte at Ligny it was a strategic victory for the French.
