The Zimmerman–Rudeen House is a historic house in Portland, Oregon, United States. It was designed by George A. Eastman and was built in 1913. This Prairie School house was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1991.

The Edward H. and Bertha R. Keller House is a house located in northeast Portland, Oregon, in the United States, listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
An early example of the work of Elmer Feig and one of only seven known single-family residences designed by Feig, the house is an English Cottage Revival structure with a steep roof and rolled eaves meant to simulate a thatched roof, punctuated by eyebrow dormer windows. The house is considered the finest example of English Cottage Revival in the Alameda Neighborhood of northeast Portland. Feig estimated construction costs at $23,000.

The Beaumont-Wilshire neighborhood of Portland, Oregon is located in the city's northeast section, on Alameda Ridge with views of Downtown, the Willamette River, and the Cascades. It is bordered by the Alameda, Concordia, Cully, Rose City Park, and Grant Park neighborhoods. "Beaumont Village", located on NE Fremont Street, from NE 42rd Ave. to NE 50th Ave., is the main commercial district in the neighborhood, but the neighborhood also lies within walking distance of the Hollywood District, a major commercial and shopping area to the south.
Beaumont-Wilshire is an older, well established neighborhood. It has a mixture of residential and commercial properties. The Beaumont-Wilshire neighborhood is in actuality two separate neighborhoods separated by NE Fremont Street, with Beaumont to the south and Wilshire to the north. The two neighborhoods agreed to form the Beaumont-Wilshire Neighborhood Association to recognize their common interests, including their common commercial center of Beaumont Village.

Wilshire Park is a 14.4-acre public park in northeast Portland, Oregon, United States. Situated within the Beaumont-Wilshire neighborhood, the park was acquired by the city in 1940, and is maintained by Portland Parks & Recreation. The park features a variety of facilities and uses including playgrounds, an off-leash dog park, baseball fields, picnic tables, and a 0.6 mile loop trail.
