The Château du Verduron is located on Place Victorien-Sardou in Marly-le-Roi, a commune in the department of Yvelines. Initially a simple one-story structure, it passed through a succession of owners following its original construction. In the early 2000s, it was purchased by SCI Le Verduron. This company commissioned COGEMAD to completely restore the building under the direction of Emad Khashoggi, who also managed the Château Louis XIV project in Louveciennes and the restoration of the Palais Rose in Le Vésinet.

Description
C'est une église orientée, de plan longitudinal, dont la nef est terminée par un chevet plat. Un vitrail représente la Vierge plaçant l'église sous la protection de sainte Anne. L'édifice est inscrit aux monuments historiques depuis 1926.
Historique
À cet édifice construit au XIIe siècle, fut adjoint au XVe siècle par Blaise Séguier, seigneur de L’Étang-la-Ville, une chapelle de style sur le côté nord du chœur. Le presbytère est reconstruit au XVIIe siècle.
