Piatypillia (en ukrainien : П'ятипілля, en russe : Пятиполье, Piatipolié) est une commune urbaine de l'est de l'Ukraine, dans l'oblast de Donetsk, et dépendant du raïon de Donetsk et de la communauté territoriale de la ville de Makiïvka. Jusqu'en 2016, la commune s'est nommée Proletarske (en ukrainien : Пролета́рське, en russe : Пролетарское, Proletarskoïe).

Kholodna Balka represents one of the largest coal reserves in Ukraine, having estimated reserves of 51.3 million tonnes. The annual coal production is around 523,000 tonnes. It it administratvely under the state enterprise Makiivugol.
