Sources differ as to whether it is 114 or 116 metres (374 or 381 feet) tall; by either measurement Altus House is the tallest building in Leeds and Yorkshire as of 2023, taking the title from Bridgewater Place in 2021.

Leeds Arena

The Leeds Arena (currently known as the first direct bank arena for sponsorship reasons) is an entertainment-focused indoor arena located in the Arena Quarter of Leeds, West Yorkshire, England. It is the first in the United Kingdom to have a fan-shaped orientation. The arena officially opened on 4 September 2013, with Sir Elton John, playing to an audience of 12,000. Bruce Springsteen had, however, held the first concert on 24 July 2013, with an audience of 13,000. The arena's opening season in 2013 later included acts including Kaiser Chiefs, Rod Stewart, Status Quo and Depeche Mode. The building was named the "best new venue in the world" in 2014 by the Stadium Business Awards.

Lovell Park

Lovell Park is an inner-city area of Leeds, West Yorkshire, England. The area falls within the Little London and Woodhouse ward on Leeds City Council. Lovell Park along with its adjacent areas Little London and Blenheim, is an area of 1960s high-rise and maisonette council housing situated between the city centre and Sheepscar. The Londoner Public House in Little London was demolished in 2007 and a new 25-storey tower block, the Opal Tower, has been constructed on its former site. The only pub now remaining in Lovell Park is The Leeds Rifleman. The estate has only one shop, Lovell Park Stores, an independent newsagent/ convenience store/ off-licence. There are further shops within five minutes walk in the Merrion Centre, other parts of Leeds city centre and other parts of Little London. In the 1990s the Leeds Permanent Building Society relocated its offices from what is now The Light in Leeds city centre, to a new building in Lovell Park. This now belongs to Lloyds Banking Group. Lovell Park Towers was used for the filming of Married Single Other. The site of Lovell Park itself was the site of a cattle market which dates back to before 1860.

Arena Quarter (sometimes referred to as Arena Qtr) is a mixed city centre development with residential, retail and office developments in Leeds, West Yorkshire, England. It is located in Leeds city centre and the area is best known for housing Leeds Arena. In recent years, a number of developments have been built in Arena Quarter. This includes Opal 3 and Sky Plaza, both of which are student accommodation. Yorkshire's tallest building began construction in the Quarter in October 2018.
