Przeździecko-Jachy (prononcé en polonais : [pʂɛʑˈd͡ʑɛt͡skɔ ˈjaxɨ]) est un village polonais de la gmina d'Andrzejewo dans la powiat d'Ostrów Mazowiecka de la voïvodie de Mazovie dans le centre-est de la Pologne.
