Al Bada'a (Arabic: البدع) is a locality in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE). Al Bada is located in western Dubai and is bordered by the localities of Jumeirah, Al Hudaiba and Al Satwa. Al Bada is largely residential and is bounded by D 92 (Al Wasl Road) and D 90 (Al Satwa Road).

Al Satwa or simply Satwa, is a community in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, comprising high-density retail outlets and private residential dwellings. It is situated southwest of Bur Dubai and borders Jumeirah to the north. E 11 forms the southern boundary of Al Satwa. Notable landmarks include the Iranian Hospital, Satwa Grand Mosque and the Al Satwa bus terminal.
Originally, the residents of Al Satwa were mainly of the Baloch tribe. As the government provided better housing for Emiratis, only few Arabs continue to reside here. Jumeira Beach is a white sand beach that is located and named after the Jumeirah district of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, on the coast of the Persian Gulf. It stretches along the coast south of the city's historic district to the junction with The Palm Jumeirah and terminates between the southern end of the Jumeirah Beach Residence and the port facilities at Jebel Ali.

On one side of the Burj Al Arab Hotel is a water park and on the other side is the Jumeirah Beach Park.
