St Aidan's Anglican Church was established in Yeoville as a daughter church to St Augustine's church in Doornfontein. The foundation stone was laid on 14 December 1912. The nave was extended in 1922 and the building was finally completed in 1937.

Bellevue is an inner city neighbourhood of Johannesburg, Gauteng Province, South Africa. Close to the Johannesburg CBD with the neighbourhood surrounded by Yeoville and Observatory. It is located in Region F of the City of Johannesburg Metropolitan Municipality. It shares the same praise and notoriety as its surrounding neighbourhood Yeoville.

Radoma Court is an apartment block in Bellevue, an inner-city neighbourhood of Johannesburg, South Africa. Designed in 1937 by Harold Le Roith and his assistant Kurt Jonas, it is situated prominently on a corner site, at stand 474 where Cavendish and Yeo Streets meet.
At the time of construction, it was considered the most important block of flats in the international style of the modern movement. Clive Chipkin describes Radoma Court as "a stunning building" and it has gained iconic status.
A corner building, Radoma Court has its facade on the south and west boundaries of Cavendish and Yeo streets in Bellevue. It comprises 27 flats, of which 4 have two bedrooms and the rest are bachelor flats, and a basement parking garage. The building has been published both in South Africa and overseas and is regarded by student and architects as iconic.

The Beacon Royal, also known as the Beacon Court, is an Art Deco block of flats constructed in 1934. This was a time of enormous growth as South Africa and the rest of the world emerged from the Great Depression. All over Yeoville and Bellevue in the years 1933 โ 1934, blocks of flats were going up. The Beacon Court is located on stand 1044 at 55 Grafton Road/Louis Botha Avenue in Yeoville, Johannesburg. It was designed for PP Weisholtz by the brothers Obel and Obel who were also responsible for Astor Mansions in Jeppe Street and the Circle Court in Willie Street which overlooked Clarendon Circle at the time.

Munro Drive is a suburban pass through the Linksfield Ridge on the Witwatersrand range in Johannesburg, South Africa. It connects the suburbs of Upper and Lower Houghton. The drive is about 900 metres long and rises around 43 metres to the summit.
Design
The interior has dressed sandstone columns and capitals to the side aisles with face brick arches. The side aisles have face brick half arches reflected in the stone buttresses. The tower is taller and slimmer and in balance with the size of the church. The stained glass in the east and west sides of the church's ends adds to the distinction of the interior.
