La médina de Sousse est une médina tunisienne, centre historique de Sousse, inscrite depuis le 9 décembre 1988 au patrimoine mondial de l'Unesco. Sousse est considérée comme un exemple typique des villes des premiers siècles de l'islam au Maghreb. Elle conserve ainsi sa kasbah et ses remparts mais également sa Grande mosquée, son ribat et la mosquée Bou Ftata, un édifice militaire et religieux.
