Mongolian Theatre Museum was founded in 1991 to preserve and present the traditions and artifacts of the performing arts in Mongolia and to do research in this area. The museum is located in the Central Cultural Palace Building, on Amar Street, just off Sükhbaatar Square in Sükhbaatar District, Ulaanbaatar.
On display are paintings of leading actors, playbills, photographs, models, costumes etc. from the state central theatre. Included are artifacts and photographs pertaining to dance, circus, opera, music and puppet theatre as well as traditional theatre.
In addition, camera equipment, costuming and a few props as well as stills are presented in a separate hall about Mongolian movies.
The collection has 9,000 objects.
The museum has programs that include publishing, interviews with leading performers and education program for children.
The museum is run under the auspices of the Ministry of Education and Science. It is open week-days ten to five and on week-ends by appointment.

The Government Palace, also known as the State Palace, is located on the north side of Sükhbaatar Square in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia. It houses various state organs such as the State Great Khural and offices of its members, as well as the offices of the President and Prime Minister. It is sometimes referred to by Ulaanbaatar residents as the Saaral Ordon due to the exterior's former color, which was eventually painted white in 2007.

The Mongolian Revolution of 1911 occurred when the region of Outer Mongolia declared its independence from the Manchu-led Qing China during the Xinhai Revolution. A combination of factors, including economic hardship and failure to resist Western imperialism, led many in China to be unhappy with the Qing government. When a new program to settle Mongolia with ethnic Han and assimilate the natives was unveiled, it was met with resistance that resulted in Mongol independence from the Qing Empire. Many Barga and Inner Mongolian chieftains assisted in the revolution and became the revolution's leaders.

Sükhbaatar's Mausoleum, sometimes referred to as Sükhbaatar's and Choibalsan's Mausoleum, was a mausoleum located at Sükhbaatar Square in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia. The mausoleum served as the resting place of Damdin Sükhbaatar, leader and commander of the Mongolian Revolution of 1921, and Khorloogiin Choibalsan, leader and marshal of the Mongolian People's Republic from 1939 to his death in 1952. The building was erected on the north side of Sükhbaatar Square in front of the Government Palace after Choibalsan's death during the socialist era. It was removed in 2005 to make place for a structure dedicated to Chinggis Khan. The mausoleum resembled the shape of Lenin's Mausoleum but differed in color. The mausoleum was never opened for public visits.
History
The shopping mall building was originally a printing center named Sukhbaatar Printing Building which was constructed in 1929. In 2015, the building was purchased by Tavan Bogd Group through an auction with a cost of MNT24 billion. In March 2017, it was renovated to be a shopping mall. The shopping mall was then opened in 2018.
Architecture
The building stands at an area of 5,244 m2 with a total of two floors. It was designed by Gradon Architecture.
Finance
The shopping mall is owned by Tavan Bogd Group. It was renovated from the former printing center with a cost of £20 million.
