Le Parc Puerto Madero

Le Parc Puerto Madero is a residential building complex in Buenos Aires, Argentina. The complex comprises three identical skyscraper buildings (Torre del Boulevard, Torre del Parque and Torre del Río) standing at 144 m (472 ft) tall with 43 floors each, completed between 2005 and 2007. The three towers share the thirteenth position in the top of the tallest buildings in Argentina.

The Boulevard and the Rio towers are located towards the Azucena Villaflor Boulevard, while the del Parque tower is situated slightly between the latter two, offset towards the interior of the lot, creating a large access patio surrounded by the three bodies. With identical floor plans, each building contains four apartments with either 80 m2 (861 sq ft) or 130 m2 (1,400 sq ft) usable areas between floor one and 37. Between floor 37 and 40, each building displays two larger apartment units with 180 m2 (1,940 sq ft) each. Levels 41 and 42 contain penthouse apartments of 300 m2 (3,230 sq ft). In the area, the original plan called for 'clusters of towers', but it was opted to create a complex containing three tall buildings for luxury apartments, each with its own services. These buildings are arranged around a spacious entrance plaza and surrounded by a large park covering the entire property, in line with the competition's guidelines and subsequent regulations. Conceptually, the complex is organized around three main longitudinal terraced areas characterized by dominant materials. For the exterior carpentry, an aluminum carpentry line based on the Royal S 50 N System from the company Schüco Internacional KG was adapted, whose profiles were extruded by MDT Aluminio y Vidrio Argentina, complying with the high quality standards required by the German company.

Renoir Towers

The Renoir Towers (Renoir Residences Height) are two residential towers currently under development in the Puerto Madero neighborhood of Buenos Aires, Argentina. The Renoir One Tower is 136 m (446 ft) tall and has 41 floors and, upon completion, The Renoir Two Tower will be 175 m (574 ft) tall and have 51 floors. The complex was actually planned to be the tallest towers in Puerto Madero and Buenos Aires; but in 2007, work began on the Cavia Tower (from the Le Parc Figueroa Alcorta complex), which became the tallest skyscraper in the city upon completion in 2008. DYPSA, the project's developers, modified the height of the Renoir Two building, extending it from 171m to 175 m, making the latter tower the tallest in the city upon its 2011 completion.

Alvear Tower

The Alvear Tower is a residential and hotel skyscraper on Azucena Villaflor Avenue, east of Dock Two in the upscale Puerto Madero section of Buenos Aires. The skyscraper is the tallest building in Argentina. A mixed-use development, the 54-story, 70,000 m2 (753,000 sq ft) building includes 175 condominiums totalling 34,000 m2 (366,000 sq ft), as well as a five star hotel. The building's residential floor plans are notable for their variety—ranging from 100 m (330 ft) to 500 m (1,600 ft)—, as well as their 3.3 m (11 ft) ceilings.

Mulieris Towers

Mulieris Towers are two skyscrapers located in the Puerto Madero neighborhood of Buenos Aires, Argentina; each tower rises 161 metres and has 45 floors. Developed by Creaurban, a unit of the Macri Group, the two residential buildings were built on an area of 6,792 m2 and completed in 2009, becoming the fourth-tallest buildings in Argentina. The project's name comes from the Latin mulieris, meaning 'women'.

El Faro Towers

The El Faro Towers (Spanish: Torres El Faro "Lighthouse Towers"), also known as El Faro I/II, when referring to the complex individually, or El Faro Complex, when referring to the pair as a whole, are a highrise residential complex of two, twin interconnected skyscrapers located in the neighborhood of Puerto Madero, in Buenos Aires, the capital and largest city of Argentina. The El Faro Towers are made of glass, most specially used for the skyscraper's windows, and reinforced concrete. Although the two towers did not commence their construction at the same time, the first and second skyscrapers' construction ceased in 2003 and 2005, respectively. The twin skyscrapers were the tallest structures in Buenos Aires, and Argentina from 2003 to 2009. The towers have a height of 160 m (520 ft).
