Liverpool Great Howard Street railway station

Liverpool Great Howard Street was a railway station in Liverpool, Lancashire (now Merseyside), England; it was also known as Liverpool Borough Gaol. The station was jointly owned but separately operated by two rival railway companies from 1848 to 1850 when it became solely a goods station.

Merseyside County Council

Merseyside County Council (MCC) was, from 1974 to 1986, the upper-tier administrative body for Merseyside, a metropolitan county in North West England. MCC existed for a total of twelve years. It was established on 1 April 1974 by the Local Government Act 1972. Along with the other five metropolitan county councils and the Greater London Council, it was abolished on 31 March 1986 by the Thatcher government.

Infinity Waters

Infinity Waters (also Infinity Towers or simply Infinity) is a complex of three residential towers whose construction is currently on hold in Liverpool, United Kingdom of 39, 33 and 27 storeys respectively. The largest two towers will reach skyscraper height; Tower A will become the third tallest structure in Liverpool at 122.8 m (403 ft). Located on a 7,700m2 brownfield site in the Vauxhall district, bordering the northern edge of the city centre, the development is costing £250 million. One year into construction, work on the project stalled and as of Q3 2023, it remains on hold. It was originally due to complete in 2022.
