The Kyiv Municipal Academy of Variety and Circus Arts (Ukrainian: Київська муніципальна академія естрадного та циркового мистецтва, romanized: Kyivska munitsypalna akademiia estradnoho ta tsyrkovoho mystetstva) is a Ukrainian institution of higher education, training stage and circus performers. Founded as a Republic-wide studio in 1961 in the Ukrainian SSR, it became a state school and later the Kyiv State College of Circus and Variety Arts.

Museum of Outstanding Figures of Ukrainian Culture

The Museum of Outstanding Figures of Ukrainian Culture is one of the museums in Kyiv, Ukraine, dedicated to prominent Ukrainian Culture celebrities: Lesia Ukrainka, Mykola Lysenko, Panas Saksahansky, Mykhailo Starytsky. It was founded in 1987. The reason to create this museum space was that in the late 19th – early 20th centuries at this area lived the families of such Ukrainian Culture celebrities as Lesia Ukrainka, Mykola Lysenko, Panas Saksahansky and Mykhailo Starytsky. The memorial buildings have been preserved till now; they are natural borders of the museum's territory. Each of these houses has an exposition depicting the life and creative activities of the celebrity. In December 2022, the original manuscript of Shchedryk by Mykola Leontovych was exhibited for the first time at this museum.

101 Tower

101 Tower is a 27-story high skyscraper in Kyiv, Ukraine, completed in 2012. The building was among the most prestigious office centers in Kyiv and included among its tenets the headquarters of Samsung in Ukraine and the visa department of the German Embassy. In October 2022 the building was seriously damaged during Russian airstrikes against Kyiv during the Russian invasion of Ukraine and remained closed until 2026, when the reconstruction began.

Kuchmyn Yar Street

Kuchmyn Yar Street is a street located in the Batyieva Hora neighborhood of Solomianskyi District, Kyiv, Ukraine. It is located between Petra Krivonosa Square and Rozdilna street. The street was founded in the 19th century as Kuchmyn Yar Lane. In 1926, it was renamed to Markelova Lane in honor of a worker who died during the January Uprising of 1918. In the mid-1930s, this name fell into disuse. Between 1955 and 2017 street was named Krasnodonska. On 12 October 2017, Kyiv City Council, renamed ten streets in Kyiv and gave names to 39 new streets. Krasnodonska Street was renamed to Kuchmyn Yar. The embassy of Saudi Arabia in Ukraine is located at 1-3, Kuchmyn Yar street.
